Solution
Work closely with IBM practice to provide technical support to IBM clients as required. When IBM project management determines need for a technical resource whether it is a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, Network Technician, or Tester, for a particular client, we become part of the IBM Implementation Core Team to ensure client needs are addressed. Also provided technical trainers to ensure IBM client can maintain, and manage system when we are gone. Tritech has now successfully worked with IBM and IBM clients for approximately two years across Canada.
